TheTangoYankee.org is a financial hardship assistance program assisting U.S. Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement, and Fire & Rescue Service Members, active or retired. We are here to support the path towards health and wellness through a one-time financial disbursement. It can be in the form of gift card, direct payment to creditor, or other approved method. It’s our way of thanking you for your service.

The needs list is not all inclusive and each case will be carefully reviewed for its own merits. TheTangoYankee.org reserves the right to make exceptions on a case by-case basis.

*Financial hardship caused by an Applicants civil, legal or domestic misconduct will not be considered.

We are here to support you in your journey towards financial wellness. TheTangoYankee.org will review all Applications expeditiously. Every request will be reviewed with the highest priority, compassion, confidentiality, and professionalism. Our goal is to approve all qualified applicants within 14 days, but the approval process can take longer in some cases.

To be eligible you must be a Veteran, active or retired member of the US Military, Law Enforcement, or Fire/Rescue Services.

We understand the sacrifices you’ve made to serve your community and country. We also know you face many unique challenges not encountered by civilians. An unexpected event that creates a financial hardship causes stress, anxiety, depression, even hopelessness.

We are committed to providing support towards your financial wellness. If it impacts your life, ultimately it impacts all of us. Giving you hope to towards financial health and wellness is another way to say “Thank you for your Service!”
